The “Organization and Priority Management” training takes place on April 28, 2025 in Nice*.

A day of practical training to gain perspective, reflect on its organization and acquire the reflexes adapted to a better management of its priorities.

This very operational training, allows you to better organize yourself on a daily basis, in the short and medium term, to discover methods and practical tools for managing priorities. Email management is also covered.

It is also an opportunity to take care of one’s communication and to give up expressions such as “I am overwhelmed”, “I am under water” which often act as a deterrent for our customers, partners and employees.
Finally, it also means thinking about your professional and personal balance.

Objectives:
1. To develop a practical diagnosis of one’s personal organization with regard to one’s function/job
2. Acquire the methods and 8 tools to better manage your priorities
3. Manage your personal potential and your communication to be efficient

A personalized preparation is done before the training by phone or e-mail.

Practical exercises are proposed.

A personalized follow-up is done one month after the training.
